How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Tell me a little about your story by filling out the contact form and I’ll get back to you to get an initial call set up.

What happens when I work with you?

I’ll look at your current schedule, see what is working and help adjust what isn’t working. The key is that I’m with you the whole way. This is not an impersonal internet article, this is a specialized schedule, unique to your exact family, with hands on guidance so we can fine-tune the schedule as you live it.

When can I expect a good night's sleep?

Typically families see success within two weeks of beginning adjustments to your schedule.

Where are you located?

I’m located in South Orange County in California. I’m happy to support you in person if you’re within 30 miles, otherwise we can use google meet, email, text, and phone calls to stay in contact.

Why should I get started now?

There are no winners when you are sleep deprived. Little ones are beside themselves exhausted, you can’t show up for them the way you want to, and you can’t even remember what happened yesterday much less enjoy the memory with a smile.
