Each person’s sleep is unique to them and impacted by the family dynamics in their home. My oldest, Kyle (2016), slept like a champ but hit every single sleep regression like he was trying to earn a medal. My middle, Jonah (2018), didn’t sleep more than three hours at a time until he was 18 months old. My youngest, Sarah (2021), had to be flexible with her sleep schedule and got hooked on cuddling to sleep.

What worked for one had to change for the next; the same will be true for every child. I look forward to getting to know you, your little one, and what a day in your life looks like to get you to peaceful nights!
